Brittany Hepworth is the Chief Marketing Officer. Brittany is an MBA honors graduate and has over 13 years of marketing experience and 5 years of digital marketing management experience. She uses her knowledge of SEO, analytics, and web development to implement the best and highest degree of expertise delivery to the valued clients of Worthmore Business. As owner and Chief Marketing Officer she is responsible for management and oversight of the digital marketing team. She is being an omnichannel strategist constantly planning and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that will effectively promote the client’s company brand, products, and/or services. Brittany manages content management with Adobe, digital dashboard to interpret data, reaching customers through digital marketing campaigns, and working with google search console to pull data.

Jerry Hepworth is the Operations Executive Vice President. He has over 13 years of IT management; project management, marketing, website development, and technical support experience. Jerry has earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with high level recognitions. Jerry with a broad understanding of computer hardware and software, including configuration, networking, installation and troubleshooting brings value to the business and his customers. Lean Six Sigma best practices has provided him the ability to recognize areas that require adjustment in order to enhance and streamline processes and procedures. Jerry, as Owner and Operations Executive Vice President plays a integral role in the success of Worthmore Business and that of its clients through advancing corporate technology, business continuity and oversight and directive and suggestions provided for the success of the marketing strategies incorporated. His operational approach is driven by his pragmatic, entrepreneurial skills with a high level of determination and diligence.

Meet Alexis, she is our Social Media Manager. She was born in Prescott, Arizona. She spent the first 10 years of her life in Arizona and has been in Colorado for the last 20 years. She absolutely loves both states, but she also loves to travel, and explore. She is a mother of two beautiful, smart young ladies. "They are my pride and joy." - Alexis says. "Everything I do is to provide and inspire my girls." Alexis has her own cleaning business. She also has a couple of side hustles, and she spends her extra time with her daughters at the dance, girl scouts, and enjoys the beautiful outdoors of Leadville, Colorado. Alexis thrives off of staying busy, helping others, and learning new trades. Graphic design and marketing have been extremely fun for her.
