f. Information received prior to/during fulfilment of contractual services: Worthmore Business, LLC. may collect information related to Client business, and sensitive or non-sensitive personal data of Client/their colleagues/partners/Clients that they provide to Worthmore Business, LLC., during the Request for Proposal stage, proposal discussions, contract negotiations and/or the duration of time for which Worthmore Business, LLC. provides its services.

Lawful bases include consent (where Client has given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Client (e.g., to deliver the Services they have requested) and "legitimate interests" where Worthmore Business, LLC. need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
a. Service delivery: To carry out the services for which Worthmore Business, LLC. has been contracted to deliver, and to contact Client for Client care related purposes including regular communication regarding project status, notifying issues/concerns, sharing project deliverables, and carrying out day-to-day project activities, billing, and administration in order to comply with Worthmore Business, LLC.'s contractual obligations towards them or the company they represent.
b. Quality control: Worthmore Business, LLC. will send surveys to Clients to gather their feedback for tracking their satisfaction, to improve internal quality control and security measures, improving, upgrading, or enhancing its services.
