This Client's Privacy Policy is effective as of February 21, 2021. This privacy statement will be updated regularly to reflect any changes in the way Worthmore Business, LLC. ("Worthmore Business, LLC.") handle its client’s personal data or any changes in applicable laws.

Information obtained from public sources and networking platforms: Worthmore Business, LLC. may also collect information like Client name, company they represent, designation/job role, and email address from public sources but not limited to, social media and other websites that enable social sharing, and directories or registries to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Client's personal data.
f. Information received prior to/during fulfilment of contractual services: Worthmore Business, LLC. may collect information related to Client business, and sensitive or non-sensitive personal data of Client/their colleagues/partners/Clients that they provide to Worthmore Business, LLC., during the Request for Proposal stage, proposal discussions, contract negotiations and/or the duration of time for which Worthmore Business, LLC. provides its services.
4. Cookies

Lawful bases include consent (where Client has given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Client (e.g., to deliver the Services they have requested) and "legitimate interests" where Worthmore Business, LLC. need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
a. Service delivery: To carry out the services for which Worthmore Business, LLC. has been contracted to deliver, and to contact Client for Client care related purposes including regular communication regarding project status, notifying issues/concerns, sharing project deliverables, and carrying out day-to-day project activities, billing, and administration in order to comply with Worthmore Business, LLC.'s contractual obligations towards them or the company they represent.
b. Quality control: Worthmore Business, LLC. will send surveys to Clients to gather their feedback for tracking their satisfaction, to improve internal quality control and security measures, improving, upgrading, or enhancing its services.

If they would like to opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications from Worthmore Business, LLC., they may unsubscribe, and Worthmore Business, LLC. will stop sending any further emails.

Limiting role-based access to Client's personal information to its employees and or authorized 3rd parties, only to the extent required for them to provide the services to the Client.
Anyone with the access to Client information is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and Code of Conduct.
